I've had enough requests now about Ashi-Thai classes that I'm going to find a time to teach it! Keep a lookout for the continuing ed class. Ashi-Thai is done on a massage table with the client wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothes.

I actually can do some of the stretches for the legs added into an Ashiatsu session as well.
